How to Test the Lower Limb

The aim of this course is for you to be able to assess any patient, without relying on their history, and know exactly the most efficient way to restore their health and solve their problems as quickly as possible.

This starts with a thorough examination for musclular weakness.

Of course, the muscles aren't weak, they are inhibited (or over facilitated). The are suffering from an excess or deficiency of motor neuron output.

We are looking to establish a baseline, which is a list of all the patient's inhibited muscles.

When you get good at this, five minutes should be all you need to test everything. Then it takes about 30 seconds to 2 minutes to find the treatment that matters.

Let's get started with the lower limb muscles I test routinely...

I suggest you put one video into practice each day. The idea is to get the feel of this new way of testing.
